What is Bean Flight Box?

Bean Flight Box is a fun and educational box, since every month you’ll be able to travel along the coffee belt tasting and learning about single origin coffees from each of the four coffee regions in the world, while getting an insight of each artisan coffee roaster.

What is Bean Flight Bag?

We all have different budgets, but still want to enjoy a great cup of coffee. Our coffee comes from a third wave coffee roaster, which guarantees top quality beans. Awesome coffee, that won't break your pocket!

What is the RoastersCraft?

Every artisan coffee roaster in the world has their own unique way of roasting their beans. RoastersCraft is a great way to taste and learn about the craft of each coffee roaster while at the same time having a positive impact in the local economy of each coffee roasters state. Join our RoastersCraft Instagram account so you can learn about the art of roasting @roasterscraft.

How does it work?

Bean Flight Box

We select four top rated coffee roasters every month. You brew sample & enjoy delicious coffee from each of the four coffee
regions of the world

Gift Box

We ship the box to you or your lucky gift recipient.

Bean Flight Bag

We ship our incredible beans to you or your lucky gift recipient.

RoastersCraft

We will feature the story of the four coffee roasters of the box and their coffee. You select one of their coffee offerings. Our artisan coffee roasters ship the beans to you or your lucky gift recipient

We donate a portion of the profits to help coffee communities in need. 

How does billing work?

Bean Flight Box
Signing up for Bean Flight Box means opting into a subscription that bills you every month. All subscriptions rebill each month on the 14th, in advance of your next shipment. Shipments go out once a month (on the 6th of each month).


Bean Flight Bag
Ordering Bean Flight Bag means you subscribe to receive of a 12 oz bag of specialty coffee and you select the frequency of how often you want to receive the coffee: weekly, biweekly, monthly.


RoastersCraft
Ordering RoastersCraft means you select one or various coffees bags of our featured roaster of the month and you get bill once, at time of purchase. Have more questions? Submit a request

When should I expect my order?

Bean Flight Box
We typically ship subscription boxes by the 6th of month. Your box should arrive within a few business days after shipping.

Bean Flight Bag
We typically ship on Friday’s, but it could vary since we strive to provide you with freshly roasted coffee.

Roasters Craft
Directly from roaster, ships within a day or two of order, approximately 2-6 days off roast. We strive to provide you with freshly roasted coffee.

I just joined the subscription box, when will I be billed again?

Thanks for joining! You won't be billed again till AFTER you receive your first box. Typically, rebilling happens on the 14th of the month, in advance of your next shipment (which will happen on the 6th of the following month.

Can I gift someone?

Off course you can, just go to the GIFT page and select for how long you want to caffeinate that person you love!

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we are only shipping within the US & Canada only. Our goal in the near future is to deliver around the world, so stay tuned!

Do you sell organic/fair trade coffee?

We can’t guarantee every coffee is organic or fair trade, but we can guarantee that the every coffee we source is from top coffee roasters that take pride in what they do and are sensible to the impact they have in the different coffee regions.

Do you sell decaf?

All we can say is, “we have no problem with caffeine, but we have a problem without it;)”

How do I change the frequency of my shipments?

To change the frequency of your subscription login and go to your subscription tab and select the new frequency of shipments.

How do I track my coffee?

Once the order is dropped with USPS you’ll receive an email with the tracking number.

How do I cancel my subscription box account?

(Cancellation Policy)
If you are not completely satisfied with the Bean Flight Box subscription, you can cancel your subscription and discontinue your monthly payments at any time. In order to cancel before you are rebilled for the next shipment, you need to contact Bean Flights prior to the renewal date on the 14th of each month. Email: info@beanflights.com and we'll respond promptly. If your membership has already renewed and you'd like to cancel an upcoming shipment, you must request cancellation by the 5th of the month to be eligible for a refund.


IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE FIFTH DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH'S SHIPMENT. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON BOXES THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED
